Get a TV or another u2412h?

Hey guys I'm not sure if I should get a new tv or a second monitor, I don't own cable so if I where to get a TV I'd probably just get it to stream videos from my PC. On the other hand the only time I would use the TV is when I'm not using my PC which is probably less then 10% of the time. I guess I could also just stream a movie from the monitor as well.. I'm not sure can you guys help me out?

Also I'm only looking to spend $400 so the Monitor is about $100 less right now.
