New AMD gaming build! Suggestions?

Hey there everyone. So I've been planning on building an Ivy bridge system for awhile but after looking into Piledriver, my allegiance has changed. :-)

So, I present to you the fruits of my labor!

Cooling: Scythe Mine 2

CPU: FX-8350

RAM: AMD 8gb Perf. Ed. 1333Mhz 8-8-8 1.5v

SC: Asus Xonar 7.1

GPU: Asus 7870

MoBo: Gigabyte AM3+ 990FXA-UD3 (Black)

Boot SSD: OCZ Vertex 4 - 128gb

HDD: SG Barracuda 1TB

PSU: Seasonic M12II 620w

Case: Corsair 200r / Fractal Design ARC Midi (Depends on budget)

Overall Budget: ~$1300

What do you all think? I am planning on overclocking both the CPU and GPU. However, I'm a first time builder so my knowledge is somewhat (Very) limited.

My main concern is power consumption. Will 620w be enough to overclock 8 cores of piledriver and a 7870?

Also, I don't plan on going Crossfire. I'd rather buy a single card in the future and not deal with it.

Anyways, I'll leave the rest to you. Any ideas/theories you have are completely welcome as long as its withing the budget. (Wiggle room given)

Oh, and yes my budget includes the unlisted Operating System.

Mine 2 is a great heatsink... a DDR3-1600 kit will probably outperform that for less... a WD 1TB would probably cost less while providing longer warranty. The rest is okay.

What headphones/speakers are you getting?
The sound card may not be worth it otherwise.
Also it would probably pay of to get a better case.

i would save a few bucks and get an 8320.
get some samsung wonder ram, people have had it at stock with timings of 7-8-8
change the hard drive to WD. i trust WD more than Seagate.

I use a pair of HM5's. So the sound card would be put to work. I'm also looking to upgrade my cans later. (HE400s anyone?)

WD 1tb? Will do. Do you guys mean the black or blue drives?

As for the 8320: Sure, but what would the performance hit be? It looks like the same CPU with lower speeds which if I'm OCing won't be an issue.

Also, I've never heard of Samsung wonder ram... I can't seem to find it anywhere, link please?
