Update:
My Old z77 OC Formula is not dead afterall guys!
I just tried turning it on without the CPU in, i left the power plugged in thought i was dead so i plugged the dead CPU in and it turned on, but the CPU obviously isn't heating up rolleyes.gif
Might buy another 3570K and have a separate build, might need to change the socket first due to all the bent pins
It booting up GPU fan spinning and mobo fan spinning!

I think 1.4 or below is good for ambient temp cooling.

I think the higher unstable voltages is just risking hurting the CPU.

Any unstable oc or voltage is risking, or hurting cpu on the long run wink.gif
