I've re-installed java, I know that SHOULDN'T do anything anyway, but just in case. It's been messed up ever since I disabled it a few months ago, just to see how much it actually affects my browsing experience. I went to chrome://plugins/ and re-enabled it the same way I disabled it, and it doesn't seem like it has worked properly since. Things don't pop up when I mouse over and popup windows. And a lot of other things that are extremely hard to put into words.

Works fine on all other browsers. Re-installed chrome and it didn't do anything either.

Seriously it's not funny. I get memory leaks from Java and flash programs that make a program use over 2GB of RAM.
