She's artifact free!!

I got bored this morning and thought to myself, let's see how far I can push it w/o artifacting. I ran the "Find Max Core" for about 10 min, and she got settled on 440 mhz. I then ran Artifact Scanner for 10 min. Woohoo!! She's stable at 440/365!! It's also at stock volts.

Now to push the mem...

Now I got the mem stable at 390!! Now I'm gonna combine the two (core and mem) and see is she'll stay stable. I can't push the mem higher than 390 w/o heavily artifacting. I guess thats the limit w/o a v-mod.

Yessir... I got her at 440/390! That's w/o a v-mod! Now, I'm gonna run some tests in about an hour or so. Be back with results soon.

A voltmodded 9800xt will doubtly beat a 7600gs,,, Unless of course you have the shi*y version that is 400/533. But there regular 400/800 will most likely crush it whether the 9800 is voltmodded or not.

That's pretty good . I would have to play with mind some more.. the last time I did it ..I got it up to 433 Then it started to artifact...I'm also curious to know how do you get the temperature To come up on 9800..I thought they did not have temperature sensors on that card ..When I run atitool..It does not bring up any temperature readings.
