So seems something is wrong for sure, tried many drivers and still get the black tings. I don't particularly want to drop clocks too much... because I bought this card for speed, so i'm looking to up voltages just a bit, to see if it helps prior to an RMA... EVGAJacob look away now 
EVGA PrecisionX offers an increase from stock 1026mV to 1038mV... is this too much, too little? Obviously I don't want to damage my card and i'm interested in only applying a little, as sticking a ton through it isn't sustainable I haven't played with voltages and all that stuff since I was a student, so I have no idea now
