what cpu to replace my unlocked athlon

If you've seen my older thread, i decided to get the FX6300 but i went to 3 stores already and they dont have it in stock.
I can either wait a few months until they arrive in my country or get a different one now.
I need something that will provide a substantial boost compared to my Athlon X3 455 unlocked to phenom b55 (no L3 cache)
My budget is $220 for board and cpu

1. The cpus that were available are:

FX 4100 BE 3.6ghz
FX 6100 BE 3.3ghz
Intel Core i3 2120 3.35Ghz

2. Can this board handle the FX 4/6core cpus? What does dual bios mean?

I would say go AMD FX 6 core. And that board supports the CPU.

That board will handle it, but the lack of heatsinks on the VRM system combined with the high ambient temps in the Philippines will prevent you from a safe and reliable OC.

hi xd, can you tell me if the board is 4+1 phase or higher?
im not going to overclock since its gonna be an office workstation but id rather be safe even at stock setting.

also will that board fit in a coolermaster elite 430?
