FPS Problems!

Hey, I am having troubles with fps in games like tf2 or cs:go, i think my pc is good but i have constant to 80-120 fps in game. I have all settings at the lowest. My specs are:

i5 2500k
8 GB RAM
HD 6870
Gigabyte Z68 P3.
Corsair GS 600 W.

Help!

Is this in just source games? Or do you have Fps problems in other games too?

Have you checked the temperature of your CPU and VGA?
