Hey guys , im getting the SAME adverts on Overclock.net and facebook...........could this be somesort of malware? I am running an anti-malware scanner now to try find it...or am I paranoid? you can see the two adverts , one is top right of page and the other is ontop right off middle of the page.

That is some sort of spyware, or you installed a program that places ads on webpages. My buddy had the same thing, and it had to do with some dodgy IE/Firefox toolbar. You would go to Youtube for example and there would be a ton of "looking for Asian woman to marry?" ads.

That or, OCN doesn't vet their ad service too well.
