Hi all,
I have a 3930k that was purchased 1 month ago and has only been in use for the last week. I have original proof of purchase.
I haven't tried to push this chip as I new there was the potential I would be selling it. I've managed 4.9Ghz @ 1.4v for one hour of OCCT. Max temp of 70°C with an ambient of 19°C (Water cooled).

Please note that the CPUTIN is a software reading fault. It shows it idling at 85°C but is not true. The BIOS shows this reading correctly. If you do some research you will see many people have come across this issue with several different processors. So just to reiterate it is not a fault with the processor.
I have acquired a couple of these so I am keeping the better clocker of the two.
