You clearly havent got the latest update with the new UI.

And to all the haters, SC2 scene is bigger than BW ever was and is the best RTS out there by a huge margin, so saying that it's dead, just cause you personally lost interest is ignorant and pathetic.

http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/viewmessage.php?topic_id=375992 . Then why did destiny made a post like this? I know he's a crybaby but there is a lot of truth behind all the swearing in that post.

I've read several articles doing the same. (http://kotaku.com/5954973/as-fans-say-starcraft-is-dying-blizzard-plans-some-big-changes)
It's not a MOBA vs RTS comparison (cause that would be silly and the web would never do such a thing.)
It's a comparison of competitive, professional gaming scenes. And sources argue the MOBA scene is getting bigger and bigger, slowly draining SC2.
Although the genres are different, the playerbase overlaps.

I personally think is that both will remain. But since Starcraft isn't the only pro e-sport anymore it slims down a bit. I only recently started playing SC2 multiplayer and I'm having a blast. (certainly nice not being shouted at every game by jerks like in LOL.)

Oh yes, the reason why anyone would pay for a single player campaign is beyond me. Certainly seeing of how poor and unfinished the Wings of Liberty campaign was. /sarcasm.

SC2 isn't dead, just because an idiot like Destiny said the game is dead. Oh I read something on the article, it must be the true.

Yes he made some points that were on point and created controversy within the community. What is Blizzard's response? They are inviting a group of 'pro players / personalities' to have a talk with them at their headquarters.

New Heart of the Swarm Beta UI? Looks amazing and the UI doesn't look outdated whatsoever. New social aspects of Battle.net (that was already in Battle.net BW back in), leveling XP, etc.

Just because LoL has higher numbers doesn't mean that it's killing any other games. People have their own taste in video games. There is baseball, basketball, soccer, etc. Just because one sport has more viewers than another significantly doesn't mean that sport is dead. We all have our own flavors of what kind of game we like.
