hi there, i thought about buying a new speakers and some buddy recommended me the solo 3c of microlab, are there any speakers around this budget that over pass them? i prefer 2.0 because the bass annoys me a little(not much but still getting under the table to change bass control can be annoying some times haha), but i have not problem with 2.1 if its worth it.
and i have another question i have the STX with shure srh840, when the 840 are connected to the STX and i am playing bass music(nelly grillz hip hop bass style), there is there fart sound at the left cap, and when it plugged to my mother board it seems that there isn't any, any suggestion why?

Driver's fluctuating more when it's plugged into the STX's amp most likely so it's hitting against the casing.

Difficult to say without hearing the problem.

Don't know how good the Solo 3c's are to give you advice on better speakers.

Logitech Z623's are good, I own two sets of them. It has a subwoofer but includes a volume controller with a subwoofer level adjustment. I got mine for $80 open box, shipped.
