You can get around this though, what i usually do is remove the HDD from the laptop and put it into a Hard Drive Caddy. Once you've done that, get another PC and install AVG Free (Preferebly a PC you don't care about). Then once AVG is installed boot up the PC into Safe Mode, it's very important that you boot into safe mode otherwise you'll most likely infect the other PC. Then connect the Hard Drive Caddy to the PC booted into safe mode, and run a full scan. That should remove the virus.
Hope that helps,

Why going thru all the hassle when you can just install and remove it on your machine. Take HHD and hook up to another computer is taking risk of spreading the virus to that computer ( unless its a network computer LOLz).
If the virus stop you install any type of anti-viruses then what you need to do is rename the program. If it's viruses then rename to ( Notepad.exe ) because virus love information files and they will allowed to open then just install from there. If it's a Spyware or malwares then rename it to ( iexplore.exe or firefox.exe) because spyware and malwares purpose are stealing infos so they already allow internet browser to activate so they can do their job. HOWEVER YOU GUYS MISS THE STEP I WROTE THAT USE RKILL this step eliminated and will eliminate any type of programs that stopping your computer to do it jobs. (TEMPORARY) if you want more professional use COMBO FIX. FEEL FREE TO ASK.
