Sabertooth 990FX Sleep Doom when FSB OC'd

I had my FSB set to 250 and when I tried to wake my computer it didn't respond and had to pull the power plug.

Why does it do that?
Is it a sign that it's unstable somehow?
It pass's memtest and stress test but the sleep is buggered.

I tried sleep at stock speeds and it was ok.

i haven o idea why it does that, i never let my computer sleep so i can keep my downloads and torrent and IRC chat going as well as my alarm clock.

My last build did this when overclocked, but my current build sleeps and wakes without a problem.

How do you i haven't worked with one before? That said you might ask AsRock or hopefully someone more knowledgeable can post in here. YOU have tested other speeds like 251mhz and 249mhz ans sleeps wakes just fine?
