That's always the paradox when you mod stuff. That doesn't mean you can't get more out of it though. It is a pretty awesome case. It's small enough to where you could just put it in the closet. I regret selling mine.

Agree, except for some stuff -

P8P67 PRO - 85$ shipped.
Ripjaws X 16GB - 50-55$ shipped, I've seen few RAM kits that cost 70$ @ newegg.
GTX 580 - 250$ shipped.
SSD - what kind of SSD? It matters, because there are SSD's that are better than others, thus worth more.
WD 1TB - 65$ at most.

Everything else looks good.
