This is something that truly upsets me and makes me fear for the future.
The world powers fight to take every bit of Oil they can spending trillions, but with that same money they used, new forms of energy could have been further developed.
The US govt won't go back to the moon because it is not fiscally wise, but to make up for that we spend even more to do other useless things and play the world police.
If we just focused on sciences, space travel, technological development, the world would be a better place. Money is the cesspool of humanity that only breeds corruption and greed.
