Can i power gtx 690 with my psu?

whats up everyone, i wanted to check in and see if i could power a gtx 690 with my current psu: Antec High Current Gamer 620w modular

here is my build
asus p8z77-i deluxe mini-itx
i5 3570k
4gbx2 patriot viper 3
antec h620 liquid cooling
(no cd drive)

been checking on every psu calculator and so far everyone says yes i can but idk how accurate those calculators actually are?

my bad i have an Antec high current gamer 620w 80 bronze plus

That shouldn't be a problem. GTX 690 doesn't really draw all that much.

I think the recommended requirement from what I see is 750w.

No. Any 500-600w PSU should be fine for any single GPU setup. With headroom for heavy air overclocks.

the recommended is 650W

most psu calculators were recommending a little under 500w for my build

In the anandtech review the system only drew just over 500w at the wall with the video card overclocked. Thats with a cpu that draws a lot more than yours and doesn't even factor in the psu's efficiency. If its drawing 512w at the wall in the anandtech review and the psu is 90% efficient then in reality the system was only drawing 420w from the power supply.
