Thoughts on this mouse?
older variant of the avago 9500 sensor that seems to have more acceleration issues on clothpads. The shape is amazing though and the build quality is good but I would rather go with the naos 3200 if you can live with the prediction

Nice but i heard the 3200 actually has a better sensor.
Anyway....Mionix has the worst customer service/RMA i have ever dealt with wink.gif

You been warned tongue.gif

this. i had their first gen mouse the saiph 1800 I think? died after 3 weeks of usage due to a bad cable and it took them literally 4 months to RMA return to me. when i emailed in to them asking them for a refund i got a response from someone on their iphone with terrible spelling.

good buy for the money though

I can't help but find it unfortunate that Mionix hasn't made a 3090 version of this mouse. I still keep thinking of trying out the 3200, I never noticed the angle snapping on the diamondback with which it shares its sensor.

What i mean exactly is that when it comes to RMA you will have MASSIVE problems getting help.
First it took me about 3-4weeks to get them to respond to my emails, they do not respond to reuqest using their website help request form.

Then you will have problems with the trying their damn best to slither out of accepting an RMA, they really do no have their warranty terms set out in stone, they are not as stated on their website ot on the products warranty terms card (inbox) they throw extra warranty terms at you as and when they seem fit to dodge replcaing or repairing your products.

To be honest i would not buy from them if i where you, not unless you dont need a warranty?
I was looking to buy a Mech keyboard for my sons birthday and it really needed to have pass through audio, the main chocie was Mionix but part way through choosing i had to RMA my Nao3200 and encountered problems doing so, this was a bit of a shock tbh and made me not choose their keyboard and instead bought him a Corsair Mech, i was worried about spending so much money and later having issues with warranty tongue.gif

To get them to repsond to my RMA request i had to write on their Facebook wall 2 times, 2nd time i was clearly miffed but was not abussive in any way...they removed my comment, but did respond.

Look at the owners club on here and see all comments from me and Mionix about this issue i had...starts at comment#102
