-Just one guy working on it
-no dedicated team to support it
-thrown together after only a couple hours of work
-people already asking for a kickstarter to throw money at this and make it a stand-alone game, for which he has no licenses to use

2./3. if one man is up for the challenge then he may do so alone, working on a team can provide better workload spread but it's up to the person.

the pulse rifle and pulse rile nades are great, but the smartgun....give me a smartgun...lol I remember people begging me to stop using it in multiplayer
