Hey, i currently got an agility 3 ssd 120gb and want another one in raid from the intel series aka this 120gb model:

the drives have to be exactly the same for raid

Not they actually do not have to be the same , even the size can be different. Though asuming sizes would be different for example - then raid 0 would give you the size of hdd who has least capacity of two.

I know, i got 2x 60gb msata in msi super raid 0 on my laptop and i get 120gb from them, so i would get 240gb from 2x 120gb disks, but i was only wondering if my motherboard really supports 2 different brands and generations to be in raid
