What is the best alternative to AMD drivers?

Like the title says im looking for modified drivers because the normal one are complete crap all they ever do is crash or vision engine decides not to open and for some reason no matter what setting i change in it it never actually applies it.

i was referring to omega and modded drivers because there are lots of modded ones and i never used them before

no it still bugs out, i downloaded the old 10.5's and my problems disappeared if i had to guess id say it was the vision engine control garbage amd uses now because i can actually keep my fan at 56% and it doesn't bug out or anything plus my performance increased a bit in BC2 and crysis 2

I find this strange but, Catalyst 12.8 is kindoff faster than the 12.9 and 12.10?? the difference are on the FPS,,, is there anyone having this?? I have an Powercolor hd6850
