Hey guys i just noticed a chirp like noise coming from my power supply, it occurs ever ~9 sec and does not vary in interval or intensity (regardless of load). It is not loud but i wouldn't say quite ether as for what it sounds like it makes a tist noise for a very brief period. I tested it with occt for awhile and the voltages seemed quite steady it just annoys me, any thoughts on what it is?

All in all great cooler for the money and has always worked reliably. Excellent for a backup cooling system or for low-cost budget computers, while still being able to overclock.

its kinda hard to tell from your description, but if there is a hissing sound - it could be a bad cap. If its more of a squeal at a low level, then it'll just be a coil I would think, which is perfectly normal.
The fact it doesn't change under varying loads could mean its on the +5Vsb side of the PSU where the load rarely changes. You'd be able to tell, as the noise would still be there with your PC powered off, but still plugged in to the mains.
