LOL, when is it ever "worth" it? $400 H20 system... or for the same money, just get a faster CPU on air. I just want to make sure I will get some temperature drop. I have most of the parts already so it shouldn't be too expensive. Since I will get some temp drops, might as well go for it.

Just few more questions...
1) Should I switch the radiators setup? Having the TEC hotside with the quad 120mm heatercore or leave it as is with the 120mm radiator?
2) Which would be better.... Two 169w (@12 volts: 90.5 watts)
TEC in series or a single 226w (@13 volts: 165.3 watts). I can power the two TEC with a Thermaltake 250w VGA PSU ($50). For the single TEC, I would need a ~200w PSU ($40-80).

All I need now is a 320w peltier for my waterchiller. Yes, I know a direct CPU TEC is vastly more effective. I will move the unit to the processor cooling on my next build.

I would keep the quadRad w/ the larger of the two pelts, as you always want your pelt to be cool'd as efficiently as possible to-> in turn make it as efficient as possible.

This might be a more effective solution to your planned use of a chipset block. Since you are trying to 'spread the cold' into the loop, this would give you more surface area to freeze. Its also very low resistance, for use of a tiny pump, or even incorporating it into your existing loop.

I am a bit confused.... I am using only one 320w peltier.

The link you provided was to a Thermaltake HDD waterblock. Thermaltake tends to use 1/4" tubing. Way too restrictive and difficult to mount the 2nd waterblock against it.. I plan to use two CPU MAZE4 blocks back-to-back. The have 4 mounting holes and will be extremely easy to sandwich a peltier between them. They are much larger than a chipset block and allow me to accommodate a 50x50mm TEC.

It's a really crazy idea to say the least. Direct TEC contact to your CPU via a coldplate would be much more effective, and a whole lot simpler. I don't see why you would cool the NB on that NF4 board, though you already have it setup to.

For your idea, you would be spending a bundle on blocks, PSU's and Pelts for a minimal gain in temp preformance..

I plan to give my system to my little brother in a few months. I don't feel like doing the insulating and risking the condensation at this point. I will migrate the main waterloop, TEC, and 3rd PSU to my new build. The minor waterloop and rest will go to my brother. All of the components will be put to use or I got for free anyways.

I cool my NB for silencing reasons. I know there is absolutely no performance gain from it. However, the NB fan from my old Evercool aftermarket HSF was the loudest consent sound. It's additional heat has no impact on anything else.
