Appraisal -sig rig-

Thread Starter
Looking to finally upgrade this black friday so i was wondering what you think my system is worth now. I'm not in a good financial situation so i really want to get the most money out of this.

How much do you think i can get as a whole ?

Would it be more advantageous to sell as a whole, or keep some of my old parts like my case, power supply and hard drive ?

thanks guys !

You "only" need a new CPU, motherboard, GPU and memory so I would keep the rest. I'm not sure if you wanted to upgrade to an SSD, but if you are in tight financial positions, I wouldn't worry about that stuff now as the other 4 upgrades will make more of a difference for you.

Shipping a case can be a nightmare. Local sale for cases is really the only way in most instances A part out might not net you as much as a bundle sale, but it's far more likely to move quickly. As 775 boards, decent ones are hared to come by, so someone should pick that and the CPU up without a problem. Same for the RAM.

Keep the PSU, case and HDD's like you said.

This is why I cringe when new users come into the site and say they have a 5000 dollar budget and to build them something nice. Such a waste smile.gif
