Appraisal- Fair trade?

Wanting to get opinions on a possible trade I'll be having lined up...

My: ASrock P67 extreme4 gen 3, mcp655 (with bitspower top and dress kit), 250ml frozen q liquid fusion res, xspc 240 rad, EK HF supreme cu (black acetal and blue plexi tops included)

For his: asrock z77 m-itx, silverstone sg05b and $100.

For some reason, I feel something isnt quite right with the trade.
If I throw in my hx850w psu, he will trade a silverstone sfx450 (bronze) and 75$.

Thoughts? Would it be best I sell my parts individually? I've never done a trade and I always see it as "i'd be getting x amount of money for this"

I would say this is definitely not worth it for you.

I also would want to know what your rig looks like before saying to trade PSUs, as you may need more than 450W.

On face value it looks to be a decent trade. By the time you factor in shipping, I don't know if you'd do much better selling individually. It would also take a lot longer selling all of those items.

Well i already have a large interest for the parts and things: WC'ing hardware, mobo, cpu, psu

I'm also going to be building a m-itx rig once I sell mine and get bills paid.

What would make it a fair trade, in your opinion?

for the m-itx, id have at least a 2500k, probably a 660ti, run SSDs only, and a fully WC'ing loop (gpu and cpu), so 450w would be sufficient.

Imo your getting shaft your trading a motherboard plus a whole loop pretty much for a motherboard and a case..

And hx850>silverstone sfx450

You can pick up a pretty decent mini itx case for 80$

If i were you i would trade motherboard and pump plus top for his motherboard but thats about it!

You would net more selling parts singly, but that's just imo.

I guess its difficult to judge looking back at it. I would say, without getting links to exactly what you have, you probably have 350 dollars worth of stuff there, give or take. If everything on both ends is in mint condition, its probably not bad. The PSU deal is likely OK as well since you wont need all that power for a mini ITX build. One thing I would consider if I were you is keeping your 2500K for your next build. You could probably sell it and buy a new one and save a few bucks, but its really not worth the hassle IMO. I am likely building a mini ITX build with a 2600K since selling it and buying an i3 or something would just be a pain.
