A H70 is like having an upper model air cooler, it does not do a better job then that.
You need to lower the overclock on the CPU, due to heat issues. That may solve the problem. If not, up the Northbridge volts a bit and see if that helps in cold boots.

Which voltage option in bios is the north bridge. I understand what you are saying Bout cooling and heat problems but what I don't understand is why it's having problems when the hardware is at its coolest point.

QTT/VTT and may be due to a requirement for more volts for the bridge that inter-phases RAM with CPU.

I set this now to 1.35 but it turns red in the bios. Should I also be changing the PCH and PLL values? The higer IMC (vtt) seems to make my idle temps higher even at a lower bclk (now sitting at 3.6)

Under load at 3.6 though my temps are hanging out at like 63-64 degrees.

My memory is rated at 1600 mhz but in bios I set it at 1440 or so. Is this correct? I only have 3 options.
