Is now a good time to buy 2 128 gb Vertex 4 drives for 160 bucks both?
Or should i wait for better tech or get a Samsung or Intel one?

I'm running a vertex 3 as boot drive in one machine, a samsung 830 in another, and i notice zero difference unless i benchmark them. 160 dollars US? Thats pretty good. i paid over 100 each for mine. The vertex 4 at that price is going to be tough to beat. If you're worried about ocz, my vertex 3 has been going strong for almost a year now, and vertex 4 comes with 5 year warranty. I'd go for it.

it appears that the force gt is a better choice with the same capacity

I posted the read test on purpose because the old firmware results match up with the link he posted, and the write test didn't have results for the old-firmware 128GB version. The take-away was supposed to be that the benchmark he posted isn't to be trusted, but perhaps I wasn't clear enough in that assertion.
