I just need a mouse with perfect tracking, don't need any macros,lights or anything.

Are the g400 and deathadder the best choices?

Need ergonomics for right hands, I hate ambidextrous mice.

I heard the roccat savu also has the same sensor as the death adder and the g400, any others that do as well?

The two above are fine, else there is also the razer deathadder, razer abyssus, logitech g400, and some others if you're willing to go super low DPI.

EC series is ergonomic.

Same shape as a Deathadder, but lower LOD, 450, 1150, 2300 DPI default @ 1000hz polling rate.

AM & EC Evo use ADNS 3090 which is one of the best optical sensors aside from the custom Avago sensor in the Deathadder.

EC1 is a touch bigger than Deathadder while EC2 is a touch smaller.

I hear there is a new deather adder coming out though? Should I wait or is razer ruining it and putting some ****ty sensor in it.

Mouse has tracking troubles on multi-coloured pads, If you has small-medium hands it is palm or claw grip mouse. For large handed people only claw, go and buy ec1 if you want to palm.
