Question about RAM speed and timings

Thread Starter
So i've done as much research as i can and haven't been able to find a straight answer (assuming one exists). i'm in the process of building the rig in my signature, and have hit a wall when deciding on what RAM to buy, i want the opportunity to have 64 gb of it so im looking for a 16 gb kit (2 x 8 gb) to start off and i will eventually upgrade to 64 gb. now i've read that in gaming and everyday use,the difference between 1866mhz CL 9 (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231625) and 2133mhz CL 11(http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820220698) memory is negligible. but the whole reason i want 64 gb of ram is to have a RAM disk and use it as a cache, so my guestion is

1) would the memory speed and latency have any affect on the speed of the RAM disk cache?
2) there is also a G.skill z series i found on newegg (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820231571) that is the best of both worlds, but i've read that running 8 DIMMS at 1.6v and trying to overclock my 3930k to 4.6ish ghz would be impossible because of the power draw. so i was looking for a 1.5v RAM stick
3) money isn't really an object, because i'd rather just plug in the RAM sticks and be done with it, than try to overclock some cheap samsung sticks or something (call me lazy but overclocking RAM seems a lot more involving than a CPU)

Thanks for your time and any answer on any of these points is welcomed and greatly appreciated

latency matters less when using a ram disk. i would recommend these. they run fast and are very stable:

Looking at 32Gb + in the future it is highly unlikely to be able to run at 2400Mhz. Not even sure if 2133 will be doable with that much, hopefully someone with experience running that much can chime in.
Higher density memory/loading up the channels puts more strain on the IMC, a lot of x79 cpus can't even do 4 x 4Gb at 2400Mhz with reasonable voltages if at all.

1) they will, but not by much
2) power consumption / heat dissipation is not a problem with memory, so you shouldn't worry too much about the voltage rating and go for the mem you find optimal
