No. Your GPU is good, there's no reason to upgrade it. Your CPU is crap, as is your mobo. Those should be first and above everything else in terms of upgrading. My sig rig maxes BF3 on ultra without MSAA, at 768p with 60+FPS, and I have a worse GPU than yours.

Sorry dude but adding more ram ain't gonna give you more frames. Maybe if you overclocked the hell out of that CPU you will get more frames but you really need a complete overhaul.

If I were you, I'd: Upgrade the CPU, MoBo and HDD.

If you want fps improvments in bf3 then only way to upgrade CPU -MOBO-RAM .....Witch your CPU ram wont help much.
