when I say is this ok I mean temps as far as stress testing obviously with gaming it wont get that hot and now that I found it stable at 1.38 is this safe 24/7 you think

I think the voltage is too much! I run my i5-3570k @ 4.8GHz at lower voltage,at 1.35V smile.gif 4.5GHz is easily achievable at 1.2V or less smile.gif

the voltage and temperatures are a little high for 24/7 100% usage but if you are not running them at 100% all time you should be fine. my rule of thumb is to stay under 1.4v and 75 degrees for 24/7 use

Yea temps are a little high but i looked at charts where i am not a golden chip but most get 4.5 @ 1.28-1.38v mine happens to be 1.38 for some reason i can get 4.4 at 1.296 but take 1.38for 4.5

I would just stay at 4.4GHz then,i don't like to go over 1.35V (that's just my opinion)

Temps wise 77C is fine during stress testing, like you mentioned it wont get that high under normal usage. As others mentioned 1.368v seems high for 4.5ghz, is that the lowest you;ve tested it at?

I am testing it at 1.35 right now and its going strong what i did is lower llc and made a smaller ofset of -.005 before i had llc on ultra high and a -.025 offset
