Me:Hello, i pre ordered black ops 2 last week with a promise of a release date delivery, i have a few problems. i check my stats earlier today to realize that the delivery date has change from 11/13 to 11/15 ok no problem. i decided that ill up the shipping and pay the difference even thought amazon say release date delivery. im not gonna complain about 2 dollars just to overnight it but my problem is delivery date say 11/14 and not 11/13. i feel cheated because could of pre ordered from some where else when they had it in stock, i feel like amazon lied to me just to keep my pre order and i want to know why

I checked the link you gave me Nicole and it says that Release-day delivery option may be available at checkout for most continental U.S. addresses. It doesn't say anything about One-Day Shipping option.

so now i know im not bugging out when i pre ordered it did say choose two day shipping and get it on release date but now im forced to upgrade shipping

by the time i went to ALL my local stores they where sold out on the harden edition

LOL they where sold out in the first week in orlando!!

but they shouldnt promise delivery dates if they cant keep it!!! in my book that false advertisement. then they do the bait and switch 5 days before its released, in my state you can get big fine/sued for not selling a product at the advertise price even if its a typo

last year black friday bestbuy had a typo the new 360 for $99 bucks w/ 3 free games and they had to honor. well lets just say they sold out in less than 5 mins lol

since amazon doesnt have a station out in florida they dont have to but if they did they would have a problem
