Hey, im just wondering what would be better value for money with performance and reliablity.

Get the 128GB drive. It's cheaper than 2x 64GB drives and has a less chance for failure (even for SSDs you should consider this).

I'm not Sean, but I can share info on have 2 Samsung 830 Raid 0 vs. 1 Samsung 830.
This is on some Samsung 830 256gb SSD III.

On Bench test.
Raid 0 is faster in most areas.
1 SSD

2 SSD in Raid 0

In real world perfromance.
Raid 0 is a little slower to boot. I can install OS/Games/Programs faster. Load times on most games/programs are faster.
