Well, I can claw my Deathadder without that issue, but I do have small hands, the deathadder is a big mouse, and I can see how that could be an issue with really small mice and really big hands... sorta... kinda.
I don't typically claw, so I don't own any claw-centric mice. Not really sure if any would help you out in that respect.
What you could do is very easily fix the issue, ghetto style.either by widening the mouse or extending the base so as to catch your fingers and prevent them from touching the pad. The second method won't really help your grip at all, but it will reduce drag and won't add as much weight.
Honestly though, at the end of the day if you're really using a "claw grip", having dragging fingers should simply never happen. Sure you aren't palm-gripping? There are plenty of palm grip mice with pinky rests.
