My LD Cooling Experience :mad:

Ok so I have been looking for a new case for a while and the LD Cooling V8 seemed like the perfect case for me. I pulled the trigger on October 26th and paid a whopping $600 shipped. It is November 10th, and the case is not here. I contacted LD Cooling and they sent me a tracking number that has useless information. I called USPS and they said the sender has to contact them about the package and LD Cooling does not give a damn about where my case is. They just tell me to contact the shipping company. My advice? STAY AWAY FROM LD COOLING.

Are you in America? If so, stuff takes a while to ship across the pond, especially big stuff. Also, once LD has shipped it out then they can't do a damn thing about it. You are wrong to accuse LD.

It takes 4-6 weeks to ship stuff accros the Atlantic and get it cleared by customs. My wige waited 6 weeks this summer to receive cosmetics she had purchased on a US webstore (we live in France). You have a tracking number so your package has been shipped, you just need to wait for it now.

I live in an Island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean and I have to say, you people that live in the Cont. U.S have it so good.
You guys don't have to wait long for shipments to get to you, just wait a little longer for the LD case, it was shipped from a far place....

Shipping takes time. I have used LD and so do many other on this forum and never had a problem.

I am only sharing my experience. LD Cooling has ignored all my emails since I told them about the missing package. I am sure you would be just as frustrated if you were in my situation.

He is hard to get ahold of, always has been for me. Shipping something so big takes time. You will understand when you get the case
