why is my galaxy s3 slow?

Two days ago I bought galaxy s3 and it was very fast and now im noticing it is stutering allot now when it didnt before and at first when I ran quadrent I scored a 49000 and now ny phone scores 36000 on it any idea what hapend? I cleared all my history and stuff? Could it have pssibly got a virus already? I do get a notificaton on the bottom of cuadrent of a add for a virus remover

Have you installed any sketchy apps in the passed 2 days? The ad at the bottom is well, an ad. It has to be something you installed .

Temple run and this app came outa no where called vpn client It just showed up a day ago also my phone gets pretty warm when I play games

Can be excessive use of memory.

Like I seed my phone gets kinda warm so I let it sit for like 20 minutes then ran that bench marj agian and it scored a 4834

I think it was my live galaxy background took it off now I score like 4700-4950 is that average for a i747 version? Also the stutering is gone after I git rid of that live background

edit. I think it was my conection I went to a place where I was able to get 4 or 5 bars and I scored a 5030
