i5-3570k one core almost always 9-10 degrees hotter?

Hi, i recently built my first computer myself (yipeee!! it started right up and posted fine what a relief). I got windows installed and all the drivers up to date downloaded core temp and i think real temp and started to check temps and ran prime 95 for 15-20 minutes and then did some other tests on either real temp or core temp ( on the cpu heavy tests and once on memory heavy tests) no problems from what i could see. My CPU cooler is a coolermaster hyper 212 evo

My idle temps are 22 23 31 19

My 100% load temps are 51 53 61 49

Here is a link to my build : http://www.overclock.net/t/1323976/so-im-building-my-first-pc
The 1st page has my up to date parts that i used in the build

Thanks in advance, I know the first suggestion will be to reseat my cpu cooler, I will do this with some time
So far the highest ive gotten degrees wise is 47 degrees playing planet side 2 at max graphics (70 fps) for 2-3 hours so i'm not too terribly worried i was just looking for some input!

Thanks in advance OCN members!
EDIT: My bad these are at stock clock, i havent fooled with any OC yet

I built a PC for my friend and his 3570K had a difference of 8 degrees and it works perfectly so I think it's normal.

Completely normal. You may have just got a CPU in which one core is hotter by a huge margin.

Every 3570K does it. My 3570K does it. The difference between core 0 and core 3 is 8C.

Awesome guys, thanks so much i was freaking out for a bit, I do plan to reseat my cpu cooler before i dabble with some small cpu OCing. For now though i will just enjoy my first computer build.
