A new build! Help Please!

hey guys i will be buying a new computer in about 1-2 weeks and i would need to have help from you guys. My budget here is about 1k.

1) i do not want to overclock the cpu but i want to overclock the gpu.
2) i would love to have a Amd 7950 as my gpu as they are currently having the never settle bundle on-going together with the new catalyst driver which i heard, is BEAST!
3) Can any value ram use the intel XMP profile?
4) here is my build i picked from the price list.
CPU: i5 3470
Mobo: Asrock h77 pro4 MVP
HDD: WD Caviar black 1 tb
SSD: 156gb of Crucial m4
Chassis & PSU Bundle : Xigamatek asgard xp and seasonic s12ll-non modular 520w or Thermaltake Commander MSI and seasonic s12ll-non modular. (which is better)
GPU: Powercolour hd7950 PCS+
DVD: Cheap dvd drive
OEM: win 7 Home premium
RAM: 2 x 4 gb value ram.

Finally i would be using this for gaming and simple work. Would be playing d3, BLOPS2, BF3, SkYRIM and ETC.

You could get a good boot drive SSD for like $70, but i left that out.

Caviar Black is slightly quicker than the Blue, and has longer warranty. You got a 3570k, without a cooler? Drop it down to a 3470.

I would keep the i5 3470, and drop the HDD down to a WD Green, yes they take a few seconds to spin up from sleep, but you will hardly notice. Especially having a SSD for OS and other major used programs.

Other then that it seems a pretty good gaming machine, will play those you mentioned easily thumb.gif

At the same price then choose the K version. But why not use the 3470 and have a ssd?
