I think it a Colour grading mixer/board. Never seen one like this with the tablet inside.
The keyboard guys here might be able to help you with the actual keyboard ( Doesn't looked molded in to me .

I'm not sure if you found the answer but I found the same thread on r/battlestations and it turns out it's a Baselight Backboard. Like XShadows69 said it's a color grading board. =D hope I could help.
