Prodigy Build Watercooling

Hey guys I'm going to finish my build by the time December hits can you help me pick parts for my watercoolingloop?
I'm not sure if this goes in the watercooling section or here

Intel i5 3570k
Asrock Z77E ITX board
Patriot Viper 8gb ddr3
Samsung830 ssd 128gb
GTX 580 MSI reference (already have this)
OCZ 650w (already have this)
Bitfenix Prodigy (already have this)

Im sure on the current parts for sure but I am unsure about my waterloop, I want to do cpu and GPU and i'm not sureif just one 240 rad is enough. I would like to keep my loop 350-420 dollars. Thanks

One 240 rad might not be enough. Can you get a double-thick one and P/P fans?
If you want to lower thermal output, underclock (is that a bad word here?) your 3570K to 3.0Ghz and it'll only give 40w of heat.

I guess I can get a 45thick rad on top with one set of silent fans and a 120 in the rear. The only fan mount w/o a rad would be in the front, which i plan to put a 230mm spectre pro there
