That was a good deal for that card, but as others have said, you do not have the processing power to push those bad boys. You do not need a top of the line cpu/mobo combo, you should be able to find a 2500k + mobo somewhat cheap because it is a generation behind now, but still only minimally slower than ivy bridge. Upgrading your processor should also get you better performance out of your single gpu, as I believe it is being held back by your cpu bottleneck.
