Why would I pay $120 for something I can get for free? With ABP, I can even turn ads back on for site I want to support.

They don't really bother me unless they are popup ads or TPB-style ads (if you know what I'm talking about lol).
I don't even use ABP...

A FreeBSD as a router/firewall with proper ipfw rules would do this and could be run on a $30 optiplex 270 could do this all day long, could also add SNMP, DHCP, provide DNS and would be stable.

No script is all I need. I don't mind the ads so much as long as they can't run anything malicious in the background, which is the number one reason to get rid of ads, virus.
