1.) Verify that all your power connections are installed firmly, for example, the 24 pin motherboard power connector, the 8 pin CPU power connector, the 6 or 8 pin GPU power connector(s). Additionally make sure you have your monitor installed to the GPU properly.
2.) Follow the procedure in the manual for resetting the bios, and do such.
3.) If resetting your bios did not fix it, remove all accessories and addon cards from the motherboard. In other words, disconnect all hard disks, optical drives, wifi cards, usb devices, sound cards, etc.
4.) Remove all sticks of ram but one, power on your PC with just one module installed.
5.) If your PC still does not start up, cycle through all the ram slots with your single module until you have tried all available slots. Move to another stick of ram if no slots work.
