Compaq Presario upgrades

Thread Starter
Anyone happen to know
a) what CPU socket a Mobile Sempron processor is
b) what type of RAM the Compaq Presario M2000 uses and how much it can handle
c) anything I can do to improve graphics? It's the Radeon XPress 200M, and battery life isn't an issue.

I want to put a better processor and 2 gigs of ram into it to help with CAD--I'd rather not take my desktop to school every day during the robotics season.

Thanks
The Burninator!

a) Get Cpu-Z to find out what socket type you have.
b) Check your manual that came with the laptop for that type of info. My guess would 2gb.
c) You can't upgrade laptop graphics for the most part, and espeically not intergrated graphics.
