Unsure of what to do

- I'll be reselling my system soon (1-2months ) after i build it
- id like to finish the build next week
- i'm in canada

120gb Samsung 830 runs for about $97+13% tax here and the sales are rare because there isn't much stock
I can also get a 120gb vertex 4 for around 80 bucks but will require some waiting

I just snagged a intel 330 series 180gb for 105 after rebate and taxes

I know its a good deal, and i can also finish my build on time

but what i'm concerned about is the windows index score

How much of a difference will there be in the windows score between the intel and the ocx/samsung?

I don't really care about it that much, but if or when i sell my computer, potential customers that don't know much about computers will judge the performance through the windows score, and i can't really explain to them that there is no difference in reality.

I hope you guys can understand and help me make a wise choice.

I'm off to bed, i'll check this thread right as i wake up;.

In my experience, any SSD running SATA III will get you a 7.5-7.9 on the primary HD section of the Windows Experience Index. Here is a handy guide if you want to know what will max out the WEI scoring incase you wanted to know:
Scroll down to the first answer, which contains the list/guide.

You will probably get 7.8-9 as a score with the intel. Sources here, and here.
