turn the power by Onboard power swirch.

ok gotya.just makeing sure it woesnt something you forgot to do. did you try with 2 sticks in dim 1 an 3 or 2an4..

I'm not using the power pins.

i'm turn the mobo by pressing the powerswitch. see th pics.

Had exact same issue with mine, 3930k and gskill ripjaws. Ended up being a DOA board. Unfortunately newegg didn't have any more to switch me out with, so they gave me an Asus R4E. Sometimes I wish I had waited for a new Extreme 9.

Thanks for the comment, guys. I've just having a doubt in Asrock extreme 9 should i need an two 8-pin cpu connector or one. Because i using Corsair GS 800 Power supply its has only one 8-pin cpu connector.

you only need one..the second one is there for extreme overclocking with or the use of ln2..you only need one to power the socket

I'm just curious to ask you guys, I'm having Asrock X79 Extreme 9 motherboard and Intel Core i7 3820. I wanna try to run processor without CPU Cooler just for entering in to the BIOS screen. Is its safe? Any suggestion guys...

Don't do it, make sure you have at least a stock intel cooler on it before you turn it on.
