you mean your link speed it as 880mhz? If your CPU is at 880mhz I think you changed the wrong multiplier. The options for the HTT Multiplier should be 1x 2x 3x 4x 5x. If the multiplier goes all the way up to 11x thats the CPU Multiplier. Anyway if that is the Link speed then good job. Keep raising your HTT until it gets unstable.

Are you OCing the sig rig?
If it's a 939...
Use a 4x for a CPU bus up to 260MHz, then drop to 3x above 260.
A good FAQ for the 939 systems...

lol no cpu-z says that is my core speed I changed the cpu/fbs frequency ration from auto to x4 and I think thats the problem.

So I am going to fix that and see if I can find what you are talking about.

Here is another screen cap, and I turned the htt up to 260
http://www.flickr.com/photo_zoom.gne...1505601&size=o

I think the multiplier should be back at x11?

you got the wrong htt that is your fsb should be x11 the other one needs the x4 when above 250-260fsb
the x4 multiplier is the one that should be x11

I'm trying to overclock my 3500+ I see your multiplier is @ 4, should i lower mine, I tried 250, but windows kept crashing on boot up, so i went to 240 and it seems to run stable. Temps are real low as well (canadian weather eh?)

what should i try next? (sorry to hack your thread sladoid, but figure we are both trying to do the same thing)
