I did a read-write test with Crystal Disk:

Ignore the low read for the 512K, I was running a different read-write when that was going.

But AS-SSD-Benchmark will let us know if the SSD is aligned or not.

Yeah, those are good, not sure what is going on. From the time it posts to windows up should be darn close to or under 10 seconds.

Download the most recent intel rapid storage technoligy drivers. However, with having bad drivers would make the speeds change, I would think.

You dont need the realtek software to run at startup, unless you want notifications of when you plug something in or out. You can remove the start up entry and if in any case you need to setup up something you can find the sound manager in control panel. Drivers aren't initiated from start up entries in msconfig, with the exception of a few such as the ever so crappy Razer synapse 2.0.

I don't exactly know what that Microsoft office start up entry is for, but if it's the default one more than likely you can disable that too as it's not needed. Also, if you don't overclock your GPU, through catalyst or mess with any of the options in there, whether it be scaling or application profiles you can safely disable that too.

Make sure your SSD is plugged into the intel sata (if using intel) ports. Also, make sure you have RST installed if you are using intel that is.
