You dont need the realtek software to run at startup, unless you want notifications of when you plug something in or out. You can remove the start up entry and if in any case you need to setup up something you can find the sound manager in control panel. Drivers aren't initiated from start up entries in msconfig
, with the exception of a few such as the ever so crappy Razer synapse 2.0.
I don't exactly know what that Microsoft office start up entry is for, but if it's the default one more than likely you can disable that too as it's not needed. Also, if you don't overclock your GPU, through catalyst or mess with any of the options in there, whether it be scaling or application profiles you can safely disable that too.
