Needs 1.38v using offset gives me 73c max ibt all power saving features

But at 1.328 i can get it stable manual voltage all power saving disabled and idles at 1.29v maxing 68c ibt

If i dont care about saving power which setup would u use?

Power saving shouldn't affect the load voltage, since it is only active when the CPU is idle. Are you sure there weren't some other settings you were messing with, like LLC? What speed is this at?

But to answer your specific question, use the one with the lower load Vcore and temps. Seems wasteful to not use the powersaving features though. I'd play with it some more, trying different offsets and settings for LLC until I got it closer - under full load the Vcore required for stability shouldn't change just because you switched from manual to offset, although some times it is hard to get it to be exactly the same because of the way offset works. Shouldn't be that far off though.

turns out you were right on my 25 round test it failed it still only stable at 1.38 for 4.5ghz I have tried everything and guess mine just needs that 1.38v I end up topping off at 73c here is a screen shot.

4.5 at 1.38 isn't terrible, but yeah, it's not the best either. I take it you tried 4.6 at 1.38 also? You might consider trying 4.6 @ 1.38 with Internal PLL Overvoltage enabled - usually not needed at 4.5~4.6, but worth a shot. It normally lets you push an additional 1~2 multipliers.

Its funny youbsay that i did try but it wont let me load any multiplier past 45 its wierd it will change but wont actually change to 46mhz when in windows

I had to reflash my bios that why I couldn't change the multiplier since the armor cover the actual battery and the pin reset is not a full cmos reset so just reflashing the bios Is the easiest why but kinda stupid on asus's part
