Help BSOD 2600K - Page 2

The VTT/QPI is VCCSA/VCCIO on Asus mobos.

You only need to increase the VCCIO to 1.08x and put PLL on its stock value, then if nothing changes you still got BSOD's 124, up the vcore like + 20mv it should then fix your problem.

It's not the timings that are possibly causing instability, it's the ram voltage. Raise the ram voltage slightly, a litter higher than 1.5v (eg. 1.53). It's probably under VCCIO instead of QPI/VVT.

You mean IMC voltage? ram voltage is DRAM...

No it is not. That's the memory controller. I'm saying adjust both the DRAM Voltage and the IMC basically (QPI/VVT/VCCIO).

Well it was irresistible because you said, "It's not the timings that are possibly causing instability, it's the ram voltage. Raise the ram voltage slightly, a litter higher than 1.5v (eg. 1.53). If you read the post I quoted in that reply, you can see that I was responding to his difficulty finding the option for QPI / VTT. Hence, "It's probably under VCCIO instead of QPI/VTT"

Right, but if you had put it underneath as a separate statement, then this wouldn't be as fun.  :)  I mean, then it would've been much clearer and there would be no reason to make comments from the cheap seats.
